Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene reasons, lingerie and intimate apparel are limited in returns once delivered.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items are covered when reported within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us at support@softnoir.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and the email address used at checkout.

Important Notes

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original packaging when a return is approved.

Shipping delays caused by customs, holidays, incorrect addresses, or local carrier issues may be outside our control, but we will help you check the order status.
