Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Estimated delivery time is usually 7–15 business days, depending on your destination, local customs processing, and carrier conditions.

Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are intimate apparel, we are committed to protecting the health, privacy, and hygiene of every customer.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, personal preference, or change of mind once the item has been delivered.
Returns or exchanges are only considered if the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect. The issue must be caused by the product itself and not by wear, washing, improper use, accidental damage, or customer handling after delivery.
