Welcome to Soft Noir. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

All products, prices, descriptions, and availability are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, sizing, and details accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings, photography, and manual measurement.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if fraud, pricing errors, stock issues, or other problems are identified.

Payment must be completed at checkout before an order is processed. Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.

For hygiene reasons, lingerie and intimate apparel have limited return eligibility once delivered. Please review our Return & Refund Policy before placing an order.

You may not use our website or products for unlawful purposes. All website content, including images, text, branding, and design, belongs to Soft Noir or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
